Note that:

  • Account removal request may take up to 7 days.
  • All you SIM and eSIM cards will be deactivated irreversibly.
  • You will loose your Wallet credits.
  • All your personal data will be removed, except information stated in our Privacy Policy.
  • This process is irreversible.
